A Graduate in commerce with extensive experience in administration and operations, Sharad started his professional career in the year 2000, since then he was working for various media and VFX houses. Started his journey since beginning of the company as Admin executive today he is Head of administration department at NY VFXWAALA. He is not only ensuring the smooth functioning of the studio but also contributing towards technical aspects of the studio along with IT department. A team player with leadership skills, Sharad ensures all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the production to function properly.

Nitin Chavan is a Graduate in Finance from the Mumbai University who has been a part of the team from the very beginning. With a total work experience of 12 years, his key responsibilities managing finance and other financial management duties. He is a part of the MIS and makes all the financial reports for the top management. Establishing proper accounting methods, taxation, policies and principles are of his important tasks. Along with the above his day to day activities include managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounts department.

An MBA by qualification, Prashant Halwe sought to combine his academia with his passion-Films. With his extensive experience in marketing and advertising, he has enabled renowned studios and production houses to set up new businesses in various areas of film making and post production. NY VFXWAALA looks to his expertise of over 25 years in the industry to scale new heights. He has been responsible not only for the business setup and future business planning and verticals, but also spearheaded the rise of 3D stereoscopic films in India.

Beginning his career in year 2003, Anoop worked as System engineer. Since then he has built many IT infrastructures for renowned VFX Studios in India. Started as IT head in NY VFXWAALA, today he is Technical IT Head. Committed to build outstanding tech Savvy environment for employees, Anoop designs distinctive production pipeline, high performance storage/ backup, clustered render farm and provide other solutions to organizations. His extra ordinary operational efficiency of managing network systems and equipment’s, smoothens the technical functioning at NY VFXWAALA.

Stalin Joseph has 18+ Years of total IT experience including 9+ years’ experience in VFX and Post Production industry. Stared his Journey with NY VFXWAALA as IT Manger today he is heading IT department. His key roles include planning and implementing things to make sure the function of the studio runs smoothly. Stalin handles all the storage and backup, clustered render farm and provides IT solutions to all employees. His efficiency of managing network systems helps NY VFXWAALA to have an efficient technical operation and function.

An MBA in finance from IMS Indore, Shruti stoked her creative fire after her exit from Lombard General Insurance in 2008. Always fascinated by films, she decided to take the plunge and shift to VFX post production processes. Successes mark her journey from being a newbie in the industry to holding a position of Head of Production. She has worked on major Hollywood movies such as Transformers, Harry Potter and the deathly Hallows, Star Wars and more. Adept with DI, VFX, planning and expansion of business, team management she involves herself with overseas business and PR functioning of NY VFXWAALA Studios.

A versatile and performance driven professional, Dipali Sawant has worked across a wide spectrum of businesses- from textiles to renewable energy. In the span of her 15-year career so far, she has developed her skills in policy formulation and implementation, performance management, budgetary control and operations. Forward thinking and bound by deep rooted cultural values, she adds value to the work force by not only ensuring smooth functioning of the employees but also contributing to strategic business policies.
