Mr. Shashikant Dhavle began his journey with Devgn’s family since Mr. Veeru Devgn Veteran Action director has started the film editing studio in the year 1984, where he was handling editing of major projects. Later, when the Devgn family started their Film Production company in the year 1997, Mr. Shashikant took over the responsibility of handling the production division. Under his guidance, Devgn’s group viz. Devgn Films, Devgn Film Combine, Devgn Arts, Ajay Devgn Ffilms, produced number of films mainly which includes Hindustan Ki Kasam, Raju Chacha, Dil Kya Kare, U Me or Hum, All The Best, Son of Sardar and Shivaay. Presently, he is supervising the upcoming ambitious venture TAANAJI by Ajay Devgn Ffilms.

Setting goals for departments and individual managers & providing inputs for business and strategic planning are some of his key roles in the company. Along with this he is responsible for reviewing admin policy, supervising marketing efforts & contributing to the leadership of the organisation as a whole.

In NY VFXWAALA his responsibility is also to ensure that all the documents are accurate and administrative work of all the employees in VFX studios go to the HR, Accounts and Operations. He also has to Monitor that the SOP is following appropriately, licensing with clients in terms of the VFX projects and legal Due Diligence.

Mr. Nilesh began his journey with Ajay Devgn’s group companies as an Assistant General Manager Finance and over a period of time, his devotion towards work, experience and skills leads him to serve as a Chief Financial Officer of Group companies of Mr. Devgn which includes Ajay Devgn Ffilms, NY VFXWAALA LLP, NY DI- WAALA, Devgn Entertainment and Software Ltd, Nysa Yug Entertainment and many others. He is also serving as Management Committee member of NY Cinemas LLP.

Nilesh has proven 20 years of progressive and diverse track record of financial leadership in the Entertainment sector. He has been an integral part as well as witness of Mr. Devgn’s successful business journey from starting of feature film production house till todays Cinema & multiplex venture. He has handled 28 group companies, which includes manufacturing units and investment and trading companies in financial instruments and stock market, Amforge was the second largest forging company to provide maximum number of automobile parts to the automobile industry. During his tenure of work, he has held several leadership positions, assisting financial controller in terms of daily reporting system of finance and accounts team of parent as well as group of companies, along with additional duties to be helping hand to company secretory.

Nilesh Ghag, being a Chief Financial Officer of the group companies is accountable for the Financial, Administrative, Operations and Risk Management of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

An Electrical Engineer from the Annamalai University in Tamil Nadu and a Diploma holder in Flint from Penta Media Graphics, Mr. Vinoth Ganesh embarked on his professional journey in 2000.

Since then he has worked with numerous production houses like Penta Media Graphics, Real Image Technologies, EFX, Reliance Media Works where he has developed a slew of skills overseeing the rendering of visual effects and overall VFX production.

Armed with the experience of working on over 300 films, he has attained immense knowledge of pre to post production processes and the Digital Intermediate pipeline. His experience sees him positioned in the role of Chief Operating officer for NY VFXWAALA Studios. He effectively assigns and manages teams for various VFX projects for the studio. Apart from this, he is actively involved with the financial team for the budgetary management of the studio. Executing every responsibility with panache, he further takes an interest in production management. Looked up to and respected by one and all, this dynamic powerhouse can be counted on to deliver projects and manage his day to day responsibilities with ease, often exceeding expectations.

After his graduation in fine arts from the Goa University, Sanjiv began his professional career in 2003 with USL-WOD. Working with noteworthy studios and media houses has enabled him to deliver awe inspiring visuals in over a 100 big banner films. His contribution is also noted in the Hollywood film- The King’s Speech and Bollywood’s Jagga Jasoos which bagged the IIFA Award for Best VFX.

Sanjiv has excellent leadership skills and is a master at handling his team and guiding them to achieve and perform to their maximum capabilities. A planner by nature, each and every step is very well calculated

Sanjiv is responsible for the production of visual effects on the project that is assigned to him. A key consultant of the project’s Director, he is responsible for the technical and artistic quality of the shots. The standard of quality is established during his exchanges with the Director and production staff. He must therefore understand and interpret the Director’s intentions and also be conscious of the project’s budget constraints set by the production team. He works in collaboration with the Post-Production Manager on tasks such as budget, planning and client relations.
